All tune-ups include:

  • Vacuum heating unit (if needed)

  • Adjust burner for maximum efficiency

  • Clean and adjust electrode and nozzle assembly

  • Lubricate all motors, bearings, fans and circulators

  • Test and adjust all safety and operating controls

  • Replace oil filter, oil nozzle and oil strainer

  • Inspect flue pipe, barometric damper and combustion chamber

  • Test operation

  • Inform customer of equipment condition
